Noah's ONEderful Birthday!

Noah's actual birthday was March 3rd. Since the party was planned for the 7th, we did a small celebration at home which included Noah's smash cupcake! He had a good ol' time making a mini mess.

When all the mess was made, Noah clapped his hands in excitement in recognition of his grand accomplishment and blessing of turning 1!!!!

The ONEderful Party.......
As is our lot in life, we could not have a party without a little drama...Uncle Ted & Titi Marzie were doing us the favor of picking up my birthday cake from the bakery. Slight problem...the cake was not at the right bakery! Uncle Ted was awesome enough to drive all the way to the southside in the rain and awful traffic to pick up my beautiful cake and save the day!

My party was at the Wonder Works Kids Museum in Oak Park. All us kids had a great time playing theater, building stuff and well making messes!

For the non-kids, it was a good time to catch up and eat!

Proving that papi can make friends, we were lucky enough to have papi's cube partner-Matt & his girlfriend Kelsey join us. They were good peeps, and aren't they so cute!

There were plenty of things to play with to keep the kiddies occupied.

And here he is ladies and gentleman, the man of the hour and cake-whisperer....Uncle Taddeusz! Even the tiniest of babies seemed to be happy hanging out for a while.

Although he can't be seen hear, the Eckerts won the prize for smallest baby

I'm very excited, because I'm making my way for cake!

Can you see my cookie monster gym shoes? Mommy was super excited that she found these sesame street themed chose

By the time we all get it together for cake, Noah is becoming increasingly tired!

Happy Birthday to Nois! Happy Birthday to Nois! Happy Birthday dear Nois!

Time to make a wish (or a few since I have helpers!!

The party was a success. Everyone said they loved the place and enjoyed the food and the games for kids. The only downside was that we had to "spring forward" our clocks for the following early morning.
That next morning, I sat around with mom,my and papi opening my gifts. They were absolutely ONEderful!!
